Yoga is a term that can be viewed differently for many people. For some, it is a physical practice. Others view it as meditation and mindfulness. Some may even view it as a religion.
However to me, yoga is whatever you want it to be. It is being mindful and present, in everything you do. Sure, it can be while you are doing a physical asana practice, but yoga can also be being completely present in the moment while washing your dishes.
Find your yoga. Find a way to be present throughout your day. To use your breath as a tool. Use that tool to THRIVE. To live your life to the utmost fullest. To create a LIFESTYLE that keeps you enthusiastic and curious about life.
And while doing that, you can use yoga asana methods such a vinyasa flow, hatha, restorative and yin yoga to help you.
