Smoothies aren't just good for you ... but good to help use up things in your kitchen. Bananas going bad? Throw them in. Spinach you wont be able to use up? Add it in too.
Pretty much anything can go in your smoothie. I usually use the following ... bananas, broccoli, cucumber, apple, spinach, kale, strawberries and mango. Add some peanut butter for protein, and top with chia seeds and hemp hearts!
A wonderful way to kickstart your day, revamp your afternoon and get the vitamins you need in the evening.
