Coffee is a delicious habit that I really enjoy, but hot water with lemon just makes me feel sooooo much better. It's a great way to start the morning to maintain the pH balance in your body but also drink it throughout the day.
Try adding in some ginger & honey too!
Lemon is an excellent and rich source of vitamin C, an essential nutrient that protects the body against immune system deficiencies

....Try giving thanks everyday. Not necessarily to someone or something, but for being here, alive, on this beautiful earth. Even when times get tough, strive forward and find the positive things in YOUR life.

Simple. Daily. Pleasures.
Why not start with something delicious, and nutritious... like a smoothie!
Smoothies aren't just good for you ... but good to help use up things in your kitchen. Bananas going bad? Throw them in. Spinach you wont be able to use up? Add it in too.
Pretty much anything can go in your smoothie. I usually use the following ... bananas, broccoli, cucumber, apple, spinach, kale, strawberries and mango. Add some peanut butter for protein, and top with chia seeds and hemp hearts!
A wonderful way to kickstart your day, revamp your afternoon and get the vitamins you need in the evening.
